Christmas Eve-the craziest shopping day of the year. Everyone scurrying through the mall trying desperately trying to find last minute gifts. I throw Elijah in his stretchy wrap. and weave my way through the crowds. Mothers pushing bulky strollers stop me and pleadingly ask me where I got such a contraption. They are sorely disappointed when I tell them "online". When are these things gonna hit the stores?

I was in Motherhood Maternity at the mall and the sales lady asked me where I got my sling. She said people come in all the time asking if they sell them. I bet someone could make some good money peddling their slings there! I know that it would probably cause there to be more babywearers out there, and that's not a bad thing! I love mine for the convenience and comfort (and having baby close, of course), and many many moms stop me to ask about my slings because they are so much more fashionable than carriers sold in stores. I probably get asked about it every time I am out, and am happy to tell of the benefits of babywearing!
